KeyFlexor End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important – Please Read Carefully

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and KeyFlexor, located at 802 Cove Place, Atlanta, GA 30339, USA, for the KeyFlexor software product, which may include computer software, media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (“Software Product”). By installing, copying, or using the Software Product, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software Product.

The Software Product is provided on an “As Is” basis. KeyFlexor cannot be held responsible for any data loss or other issues arising from the use or misuse of the Software Product.

Copyright laws and international treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties, protect the Software Product. KeyFlexor or its suppliers own all title, copyright, and intellectual property in the Software Product. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.

1. License Grant

This EULA grants you the following rights, provided you comply with all terms and conditions:

Installation and Use: KeyFlexor grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to install and use one copy of the Software Product on your designated computer/operating system (“Licensed Instance”).
License Validation: You must validate the license to assign it to your computer/operating system, requiring an active internet connection. The license must be validated at least once every 30 days.
Reservation of Rights: KeyFlexor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

2. Other Rights and Limitations

Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Component Separation: The Software Product is licensed as a single product; its components may not be separated.
Inappropriate Use: KeyFlexor is not responsible for how users may apply configuration files created with the Software Product. Users are responsible for ensuring their configurations do not violate other apps’ or services’ EULAs.
Support Services: KeyFlexor may provide support services for the Software Product. Any supplemental software code provided as part of support services is considered part of the Software Product and subject to this EULA.
Information Rights and Publicity: KeyFlexor may use non-personal information collected during your use of the Software Product for business purposes, subject to strict confidentiality and security measures.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND SUPPORT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND KEYFLEXOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KEYFLEXOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR SUPPORT SERVICES.

5. High Risk Activities

The Software Product is not designed for use in high-risk activities. KeyFlexor specifically disclaims any warranty of fitness for such activities.

6. U.S. Government Users

If you are a U.S. Government user, the Software Product is provided with “Restricted Rights” as defined in the relevant regulations.

7. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and KeyFlexor regarding the Software Product and supersedes all prior agreements.
